Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using NourishGrid you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service set forth by NourishGrid LLC, incorporated in the state of Indiana. If you do not agree to these terms please do not use NourishGrid. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and NourishGrid LLC. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time and will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification.
2. Description of Service
NourishGrid LLC provides NourishGrid, a mobile meal planning application that allows users to save recipes, generate Nora-powered weekly meal plans, create grocery lists. The service includes both a free trial and paid subscription tiers. Features available to you depend on your current subscription status. NourishGrid is currently available on iOS with Android availability planned for a future release.
3. Account Registration
You must create an account to use NourishGrid. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update this information to keep it accurate. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify NourishGrid LLC immediately of any unauthorized use of your account by contacting support@nourishgridllc.com. You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account.
4. Free Trial and First Look Period
NourishGrid offers new users a First Look period upon completing onboarding which provides limited access to explore the app. Following the First Look period users may start a 14-day free trial by subscribing to an eligible plan. The free trial gives full access to all NourishGrid features for 14 days. No charge is made during the 14-day free trial period. At the end of the 14-day free trial period your selected subscription plan will automatically begin and you will be charged the applicable subscription fee unless you cancel before the trial ends. If you cancel before the end of the free trial period you will lose access to all NourishGrid features immediately upon cancellation. You may return at any time and subscribe to regain full access, or choose to delete your account. NourishGrid LLC reserves the right to modify the duration and terms of the free trial and First Look period at any time.
5. Subscriptions and Billing
NourishGrid LLC offers monthly, 6-month, and annual subscription plans for NourishGrid. Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly, 6-month, or annual basis depending on your selected plan. All payments are processed securely through Apple In-App Purchase. All payment transactions are handled entirely by Apple and NourishGrid LLC does not store any payment information directly. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable Indiana or federal law. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Account Settings screen within NourishGrid or through the Apple App Store. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you will retain full access until that date. NourishGrid LLC reserves the right to change subscription prices with 30 days written notice.
6. Apple App Store Purchases
If you purchase a NourishGrid subscription through the Apple App Store your purchase is subject to Apple payment terms and conditions. Apple is responsible for processing your payment. Refund requests for App Store purchases must be directed to Apple and are subject to Apple refund policy. NourishGrid LLC has no control over refunds for purchases made through the Apple App Store.
7. Google Authentication
NourishGrid offers sign-in functionality through Google Authentication. If you choose to sign in using your Google account your authentication is processed entirely by Google LLC and is subject to Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service available at google.com. NourishGrid LLC does not receive or store your Google account password. We receive only the basic profile information Google provides upon authentication. NourishGrid LLC is not responsible for how Google collects, stores, uses, or shares your information in connection with Google Authentication. NourishGrid LLC has no liability for any unauthorized access to your account resulting from a compromise of your Google account credentials.
8. Payment Data Security
All payment transactions within NourishGrid are processed exclusively through Apple In-App Purchase. NourishGrid LLC does not collect, store, or have access to your credit card number, bank account details, or other sensitive financial information. All payment information is provided directly to Apple and your transaction is governed by Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. NourishGrid LLC is not responsible for any data breaches, unauthorized charges, payment failures, or misuse of financial information that occurs at the level of Apple or any other payment processor.
9. Third-Party Platforms and Infrastructure
NourishGrid is built on and dependent upon third-party platforms and infrastructure providers including but not limited to our cloud infrastructure and hosting provider, Google as our authentication provider, Apple as our payment processor, and third-party artificial intelligence providers for content generation. NourishGrid LLC does not own or control these third-party platforms and cannot guarantee their continuous availability, security, or performance. You acknowledge and agree that NourishGrid LLC is not responsible for any service disruptions, outages, data loss, performance degradation, or security incidents caused by any third-party platform or service provider. NourishGrid LLC shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or inconveniences arising from third-party platform disruptions.
10. User Content
You retain full ownership of all recipes, notes, and other content you create or upload to NourishGrid. By creating or uploading content you grant NourishGrid LLC a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process that content solely for the purpose of providing the NourishGrid service to you. NourishGrid LLC reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms.
11. AI-Generated Content
NourishGrid uses artificial intelligence to generate meal plans, recipes, and grocery lists. AI-generated content is provided for informational and convenience purposes only. NourishGrid LLC does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, nutritional correctness, or safety of any AI-generated recipe or meal plan. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before use, including checking for potential allergens, verifying ingredient quantities, and ensuring recipes are appropriate for your household health needs. NourishGrid LLC is not responsible for any adverse outcomes resulting from the use of AI-generated recipes or meal plans.
12. Usage Limits and Credit Packs
NourishGrid subscription plans include weekly limits on AI-powered features to ensure fair usage and service quality. Paid subscribers receive the following weekly allowances: up to 15 Nora meal suggestions, up to 5 grocery list generations, up to 10 photo recipe scans, up to 20 URL recipe imports, and up to 10 list merges. Free trial users receive reduced weekly allowances during the trial period. Usage limits reset every Monday at midnight. If you reach your weekly limit for any AI-powered feature you may purchase additional usage credits through the in-app credit pack store. Credit packs are available as one-time purchases processed through Apple In-App Purchase. Purchased credits do not expire and carry over between weeks. Credit packs are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. NourishGrid LLC reserves the right to modify usage limits and credit pack contents at any time with reasonable notice. Users on paid subscription plans receive unlimited access to non-AI features including meal plan creation, recipe saves, and recipe swaps.
13. Recipe Library
NourishGrid provides a curated recipe library maintained by NourishGrid LLC. All recipes in the library are reviewed and approved by our team. NourishGrid LLC reserves the right to update or remove any recipe from the library at any time.
14. Grocery Cost Estimates
Estimated grocery costs displayed in NourishGrid are approximations based on average national prices and are provided for budgeting convenience only. Actual prices will vary by location, store, season, and other factors. NourishGrid LLC makes no guarantee as to the accuracy of cost estimates and is not responsible for discrepancies between estimated and actual grocery costs.
15. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use NourishGrid for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these terms or applicable Indiana or federal law. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of NourishGrid or its related systems. You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the app. You agree not to use NourishGrid to transmit any harmful, offensive, or objectionable content. You agree not to use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from NourishGrid.
16. Intellectual Property
NourishGrid, including its design, features, and all content created by NourishGrid LLC, is owned by NourishGrid LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws of the United States and the state of Indiana. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of NourishGrid without NourishGrid LLC express written permission. 17. Disclaimer of Warranties
NourishGrid is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. NourishGrid LLC does not warrant that NourishGrid will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. NourishGrid LLC does not provide medical, nutritional, or dietary advice. Nothing in NourishGrid should be construed as medical or nutritional advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making significant changes to your diet, particularly if you have a medical condition or food allergy.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indiana and federal law, NourishGrid LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of NourishGrid. NourishGrid LLC total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of NourishGrid shall not exceed the amount you paid NourishGrid LLC in the 12 months preceding the claim.
19. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold NourishGrid LLC, its members, managers, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses including reasonable legal fees arising from your use of NourishGrid, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
20. Termination
NourishGrid LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Account Settings screen within NourishGrid. Upon termination your right to use NourishGrid ceases immediately.
21. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Indiana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of NourishGrid shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation by contacting NourishGrid LLC at support@nourishgridllc.com. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation it shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Indianapolis Indiana. You agree that any arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class consolidated or representative action. You waive any right to bring or participate in a class action lawsuit against NourishGrid LLC.
